FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
To ensure the most thoughtful planning and the best possible experience, we recommend booking your session as early as possible.
How long does it take to get our photos?
My standard turnaround time is four weeks. If you need your photos sooner, I'll be able to accommodate your request. Rush edits within 1-2 days are available for an additional 100 dollar fee. If you would like edits within 5 days it would be an additional 50 dollar fee.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes I do, prints are available for purchase once gallery is sent.
Do you travel?
Yes, I do travel. Pricing will be discussed depending on distance and mileage.
Do you have props?
Yes, I do have props, but clients are more than welcome to bring any props that they would like. If there is not a prop that is requested, it will be purchased with your deposit. If the prop exceeds more than half of your deposit, then we will discuss other options.
Please note that due to high client volume props like real roses, real cake, and helium balloons will have to be provided by you, as I no longer have time to pick up those items.
Am I allowed to bring guests?
Clients may bring up to two guests to their photoshoot. We kindly ask that guests remain unobtrusive so the session can run smoothly. Guests are welcome to assist with hair adjustments and offer encouragement when needed.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
I do not offer cancellations, but you're welcome to reschedule your session. Your first reschedule is free of charge. If you need to reschedule the same photoshoot a second time, a $50 fee will apply, as it holds a spot on my calendar that could be used for other clients. This policy helps ensure that each session time is reserved for those who are ready to move forward with their booking.
What if I am late to my session?
I offer a five minute grace period. If you're late after five minutes you will be charged an extra $25 fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late and I have a client after you, you will have to be rescheduled.
Do you do weddings?
Unfortunately I do not, but I do offer engagement sessions!
Will you help me pose?
Of course! Clients in the past have also requested poses from the images they have seen, that is fine. I also do not have a posing limit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for your convenience.
Please note, I no longer accept Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.
If you choose to pay through Klarna, your photos will be delivered once all payments have been completed in full.
If you're planning to pay through Klarna, I suggest booking at least 6 weeks in advance to allow enough time for payment processing.
What if you're a no show?
Clients who fail to communicate and do not show for their scheduled session will no longer be eligible to book future appointments, as this time could have been reserved for other clients.
